PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (one [1] only will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a two (2) night trip for two (2) to New York, NY (“NYC”). The Trip Prize includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s hometown to a NYC-area airport selected by Sponsors, (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and tax only) at the Trump Central Park Hotel (“Hotel”), (iii) a Blu-ray player and (iv) one (1) Tower Heist Blu-ray™ combo pack.
 Specific air carrier(s), Hotel and all aspects of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors or their designee(s). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Trip Prize is $3,901.

 FIRST PRIZE (five [5] only will be awarded): Each First Prize will consist of one (1) Blu-ray™ Player plus one (1) Tower Heist Blu-ray™ combo pack. First Prize ARV: $101.00 each.

 SECOND PRIZE (ten [10] only will be awarded): Each Second Prize will consist of one (1) Tower Heist Blu-ray™ combo pack. Second Prize ARV: $21.00 each.

 THIRD PRIZE (five [5] only will be awarded): Each Third Prize will consist of a one (1) year subscription to OK! Magazine. Third Prize ARV: $34.82 each.
 Grand Prize, First Prizes, Second Prizes and Third Prizes may be referred to herein individually as a “Prize” and collectively as “Prizes”.

 The odds of winning a Prize are determined by the total number of eligible Entries received. Total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $4,790.10.
