GRAND PRIZE*: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the “Grand Prize”):
 Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest to attend one
(1) MTV, VH1 or CMT Unplugged show (the “Show”) taping of Grand Prize Winner’s
choosing from the available Show dates offered by Sponsor during the Grand Prize
Winner selection and verification process. Show dates and locations subject to
change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”]:
Complimentary).
 Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one
(1) eligible guest from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Grand Prize
Winner’s residence to a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Show venue.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute roundtrip ground transportation for air
transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Show
venue and no additional compensation will be provided (ARV: $2,000.00).
 Hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest
for two (2) days/one (1) night at a hotel and room type selected by Sponsor in its sole
discretion near the Show venue. (Room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy
room (ARV: $400.00).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,400.00

The cash prize alternative shall consist of $2,400.00 cash (the “Cash Prize Alternative”).
