Prize: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive a grand prize package (the “Prize”) consisting of the following:

round-trip air transportation via United Airlines for the Winner and one (1) guest from the city served by United Airlines nearest the Winner’s residence to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD),
three (3) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) (based upon double occupancy),
two (2) tickets for the Winner and his/her guest to attend each of the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Chicago Cubs games to be played at Wrigley Field on Friday, May 4, 2012 and Saturday, May 5, 2012.

The estimated retail value of the Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).
