PRIZES/ODDS: Only the prizes listed below will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid, eligible entries received divided by the number of prizes available to be won.
 One (1) Grand Prize: A 5-Day/4-Night Trip for two (2) people to Paris, France. Prize includes the following:
 Round-trip (coach class) air transportation from a major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner’s home address;
 Four (4) nights (double occupancy) first-class hotel accommodations;
 US$300.00 spending money (for winner only);
 Round-trip ground transportation between destination airport and hotel.
 The Grand Prize winner must arrange travel with Sponsor’s agent at least 45 days in advance of travel.
 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is US$7,000.00
