Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest (the “Trip Participant”) to Las Vegas, Nevada from December 3, 2010 to December 6, 2010, to participate in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon and ½ Marathon, including:
• Two (2) entries for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Marathon and ½ Marathon (running/walking participation in the Marathon race is optional) scheduled for Sunday, December 5, 2010;
• Two (2) passes for Las Vegas Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon activities (determined by Sponsor);
• Round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and Trip Participant from a major commercial airport in/near the winner’s home city to a major commercial airport in/near Las Vegas, Nevada (airports determined by Sponsor);
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodations (based on single room with double occupancy);
• $150 (awarded as a check made payable to winner); and
• Two (2) passes to see Bret Michaels on December 5, 2009, which include credentialed access
