The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1798.00 and consists of: a two (2) night stay at the Jeff Galloway Retreat House, located in Blue Mountain, Florida, standard double occupancy lodging for a Friday and Saturday night; continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday; lunch for two (2) on Saturday; clinic sessions to be held on a Friday evening, Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; personalized running/walking form evaluation; and the winner’s choice of one (1) of Jeff Galloway”s books. The approximate retail value of the Prize package is valued as follows: $598.00 for dinner on Friday, continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, book, clinic sessions and running/walking form evaluation; and $200 for lodging at the Retreat House. In addition, Sponsor will pay the expense of airfare for the winner and one (1) travel guest, not to exceed $1,000.00, from the closest major airport, within the continental United States, to the winner’s residence to Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport. The winner must commit to attend a specific Florida retreat at least six (6) weeks before the start of that retreat by notifying Carol Miller at ccmiller@mindspring.com.
