One winner will win tickets for him/herself and three guests to attend the US film premier of the Disney film ‘Beauty and the Beast’ (total approximate retail value “ARV” of premiere tickets $300) tentatively scheduled to be held in Hollywood, California on Thursday 2nd March 2017.
Prize package includes:
a 3 night stay in a HomeAway holiday rental property in Hollywood for the winner and their 3 guests , including all applicable related property costs (including without limitation available cleaning costs applicable to that property) in a the HollywoodHomeAway holiday rental up to a total ARV of $4,300 (inclusive of any applicable accommodation/stay taxes) (the “Hollywood Rental”);
the costs of economy air and/or ground transport to and from the Hollywood Rental up to a value of $1,250 per person (inclusive of any applicable flight/transport taxes) (for the winner and their three guests), such transport costs to be booked and paid for by HomeAway in accordance with paragraph 7(d) below; and
Spending money of total $1,000.
Acceptance of prize: Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of receiving the notification email from HomeAway.
Hollywood Rental: The Hollywood Rental will only be available for check in on Wednesday 1st March 2017 and check out on Saturday 4th March 2017
Transport: HomeAway and the Winner will co-operate to secure travel to and from the Hollywood Rental for the Winner and 3 guests up to a maximum value of $1,250 per person (inclusive of any applicable taxes). Guests can only be a minor if their parent or legal guardian is the winner. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The Winner must act reasonably in working with HomeAway to identify appropriate transport to the Hollywood Rental and once such transport has been agreed and selected, HomeAway will book and pay for such transport on behalf of the Winner and their guests. Any flights booked will be on an economy basis only. Trip is subject to additional airline terms, conditions and policies. In the event the travel has not been secured within 48 hours of acceptance of the prize (by confirmation email from the Winner) as a result of a failure by the winner to co-operate with HomeAway, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize without any liability to the Winner (or any of their guests) or obligation to provide any alternative prize or compensation. In the event that the Winner wishes to arrange transport costs that cost in excess of $1,250 per person, the Winner shall be personally liable for any transport costs in excess of the $1,250 per person transport allowance.
Spending money: The amount of $1,000 will be transferred by online banking to the Winner after transport has been secured, and the Winner has confirmed their banking details.
Winner will also receive two thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($2,650) in the form of a check which winner may use to offset taxes.
