4. INSTANT WIN GAME WINNERS SELECTION AND PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
Instant Win Game: One-hundred (100) random, computer-generated winning times will be generated during the Promotion Period. A computer algorithm will spread the one-hundred (100) random times over the forty-three (43) day Promotion Period. Many will play, few will win. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the actual number of eligible Instant Win Game plays received and the timing of the game plays. There will be fifty (50) DC Comics DVD Sets – Superman/Batman: Apocalypse (ARV: $19.98 each), and fifty (50) DC Comics Year Long Subscriptions (ARV: $24.99 each) awarded as Instant Win Game prizes throughout the Promotion Period. If you are the player to play the Instant Win Game exactly at, or the first player to play immediately after one (1) of the predetermined randomly generated times, you will be a potential Instant Win Game prize winner of either: one (1) DC Comics DVD Set, or one (1) DC Comics Year Long Subscription. Instant Win Game prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) for a prize of greater or equal value. 5. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE ARV:

Sweepstakes: The selection of the potential Grand Prize winner will be determined in the following manner: On or about 10/26/10, Administrator, an independent judging agency, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. All results are not final until officially verified by Sponsor and/or Administrator as explained below. The odds of winning the One Million Dollar ($1,000,000) Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received, combined with the odds of drawing the correct envelopes (1 in 105) from the envelope drawing as further explained below, and compliance with the exact requirements of these Official Rules.
