ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who reside in one of the following Marketing Regions (“Marketing Regions”): Austin TX, Columbia SC, El Paso TX, Houston TX, Jackson MS, Jacksonville FL, Lubbock TX, Miami FL, Orlando FL, San Antonio TX, San Diego CA, Savannah GA, Tampa FL, Tucson AZ, Tulsa OK and West Palm Beach FL.
3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: A total of Seventeen (17) Prizes will be awarded. Sixteen (16) Local Market Prize Winners will be awarded, one in each of the participating Market Regions as outlined in the attached Exhibit A and One (1) Grand Prize from amongst all entries in each of the participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A:
A. 16 LOCAL MARKET PRIZES:
One (1 winner from each of the Sixteen (16) participating Marketing Regions will receive an outdoor package consisting of Patio Furniture and Grill. Exact model(s) to be determined solely by sponsor.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each local market prize is approximately $2,500. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be required to complete and have notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility along with a Liability Release or a similar document (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). There is a cash option of $1,750 in place of the prize.
B. One (1 GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) winner will be selected from amongst all of the entries from the participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A to win a $30,000 Fabulous Backyard Makeover*. *Winner will receive a check in the amount of $30,000 which may be used towards the purchase of a backyard makeover.
