GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize $25,000 cash prize, awarded as a check. ARV of Grand Prize: $25,000.00. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with their Social Security number for tax purposes. The Internal Revenue Service requires Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for any recipient who receives a prize if the annual aggregate value of the prize received is $600 or more. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the Grand Prize Winner for the total value of the prize received.
