Prizes:
 One (1) grand prize winner will receive a voucher for the approximate value of $2,012 towards his/her dental care bills and a discount dental plan of his/her choice from Dentalplans.com for his/her immediate family members (spouse, children, and/or siblings) living in the same household (“Eligible Beneficiaries”). The voucher may be used to pay the uninsured portion, up to $2,012, of dental expenses for Eligible Beneficiaries that are provided by service providers who are members of the DentalPlans.com network of providers within the discount dental plan chosen.

 Everyone has a story, and we want to hear from you.

 1. Simply submit (up to) a 400-word story telling us why you could use the money toward your dental care in the entry form below. You will have until Monday, January 16th 11:59 PM, EST to enter.

 2. On Tuesday, Jan. 17, the Dental HyGenie and DentalPlans.com’s voting panel will share the top 10 stories submitted by Facebook fans.

 3. Fans will have until Tuesday, Jan. 24 to vote for the most deserving story.

 The first place winner will get up to $2,012 towards the cost of dental bills. Two runners-up will win a free discount dental plan from DentalPlans.com
