The Sponsor will give away one (1) Vacation Package. Limit one prize per person or entry. Vacation trip must be completed by March 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation given. Each Vacation Package prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to the specified destination point and returning from the specified departing location, car rental for use on trip, three nights of double occupancy accommodations at specified locations, meals at the specified locations and passes to the specified attractions, as described on the website. Scheduling of transportation and accommodations are subject to availability; blackout periods may apply. Car rental also may be subject to vehicle, dollar, day and mileage limitations. Meals are subject to dollar limitations. Sponsor may satisfy its prize delivery obligations through delivery of gift certificates, vouchers and passes for the vacation package components. All vouchers, gift certificates and passes are subject to any and all restrictions stated on thereon.
Winter package is valid for the 2010/2011 ski season. Blackout dates apply and include, but are not limited to, 12/17/10 – 01/03/11 and 2/12/11- 2/24/11 and all festival and holiday timeframes. Package subject to availability, taxes and fees.
Verifiable retail value of each Vacation Package is $1,250.
