PRIZE

A Getaway to Las Vegas for two (“Prize”). The Prize to be awarded will consisting of:

– Round trip economy airfare for two (2) people from the airport closest to the Winner’s (as defined hereinafter) place of residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, each airplane ticket having an approximate total retail value not to exceed one thousand US Dollars (US$ 1,000 );

– Four (4) nights stay at MGM Grand and Bellagio (8 days total);

– VIP tickets to see all seven (7) Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas;

– Celebrity treatment at the Cirque du Soleil shows;

– Limo transport to the shows;

– VIP escort into theatres;

– VIP treatment in the theatre;

– Photo with the entire cast;

– VIP gift with signed cast poster;

– SPA treatment;

– Three (3) dinners for two (2) to be determined by Cirque selection of restaurants within Hotels and Casinos.

The Prize will be awarded on November 2nd 2009. The exact time and date of the redemptions are subject to availability and black out dates, as determined by Cirque and/or Hotels and Casinos. The approximate total retail value of the prize is Ten Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$10,500) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
The Prize must be utilized between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010.
