Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Los Angeles, CA. Winner and companion must be able to travel between the dates of 10/07/11 – 10/09/11. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach airfare inclusive of airline-associated fees and surcharges (excluding baggage fees) (via airline carrier(s) selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence and a Los Angeles area Airport (in the event the winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation shall be provided in lieu thereof with no additional compensation); round trip airport to hotel transportation in Los Angeles, CA; 2-night accommodations (standard accommodations, one single rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Los Angeles area hotel selected by Sponsor; a meet & greet with Travis Barker; two VIP tickets to the Blink 182 Hollywood Bowl Concert on October 8, 2011; and a $500 CCS Gift Card to be redeemed at the CCS Store located in Santa Monica (1416 Third St. Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401).  Grand Prize Winner and Guest will each be required to provide a valid photo ID at time of travel. A valid credit card must be presented at check in at the airport and hotel for incidentals. Any costs and expenses associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the Grand Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest. Such costs and expenses may include, without limitation, ground transportation, unspecified state or local taxes or government surcharges or fees, service charges, facility fees, security fees, passenger tariffs or duties, trip and travel insurance and premiums, meals, drinks, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or other personal costs and expenses. All Grand Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Sponsor’s authorized designee, and Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companions will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. If the Grand Prize Winner (other than a minor) elects to travel or partake in Grand Prize trip with no Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with Grand Prize may not be eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once they are in the Grand Prize Winner’s or Guest’s possession (or if the Grand Prize Winner is a minor, in his or her parent’s or legal guardian’s possession). Any unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package or element thereof will be forfeited by Grand Prize Winner and will remain the property of Sponsor. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or concert. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier.
