BIC Soleil Make Your Own Sun Caption Contest

To enter, (a) visit the BIC Soleil Facebook page during the Contest Period; and (b) in response to Sponsor’s post relating to the BIC® Soleil® Make Your Own Sun Caption Contest  post a text-based response with your best caption for the photo in the comment box using the Facebook “Comment” or “Reply” functionality in the post thread (an “Entry”) in accordance with the Submission Guidelines below. Entries that do not sufficiently apply to the Post do not constitute a valid Entry. Use of imagery or digital icons without a text-based response, “Liking” the Post, or posting on the BIC® Soleil® Facebook page wall do not constitute a valid Entry. Once you post a response in the comment box, you’ll be entered into the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to assess Entries for validity and disqualify invalid Entries, in its sole discretion. Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of judges from all valid Entries received at the end of the Contest Period.

Limit of one Entry per person/Facebook account throughout the Contest Period.

All valid entries received during the Contest Period will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of qualified judges (collectively, “Judges”) selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion based upon the following criteria:
Originality: 50% (1/2)
Readability: 25% (1/4)
Adherence to the overall theme of the Contest and the relevant photo: 25% (1/4)

Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the Entrant who submitted the Entry that receives the highest average scores from the Judges will be named the Contest Winner.

ONE (1) PRIZE: Prize Winner will receive five (5) 3-packs of BIC® Soleil® Original razors (ARV $32.45), one (1) pair of Hunter Rain Boots (ARV $150) and one (1) Totes Umbrella (ARV $25).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes: $207.45.
