Grand Prize: (1 winner) 2011 Pro Team 175 TXW with a Mercury 25 ELPT 4 stroke motor and custom matched Trailstar trailer, and Daiwa Fishing gear to be selected by Sponsor. Prize includes freight and preparation. Total combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) $13,718, however, actual value will depend on winner’s location. Boat color and model to be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of the boat at the Tracker Marine dealership nearest winner’s residence
First Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip for winner to join Laramy Miller on an elk hunt at a location to be determined by Sponsor with the opportunity to co-host an episode of the “Quest for the One” television show. Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner from the major U.S. commercial airport closest to winner’s residence; 4 nights’ lodging or camping (to be determined by Sponsor) at a local lodging property or hunting/camping property to be selected by Sponsor; ground transportation to/from the airport and lodging/hunting locations; selected meals and beverages (excluding alcohol beverages); and use of firearms, ammunitions and/or bows and arrows. Winner will be required to obtain any necessary hunting licenses or permits at Sponsor’s expense. Sponsor will assist winner in obtaining these items. Winner must qualify/be eligible for such licenses and permits. If winner is ineligible to receive the required licenses or permits, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. Winner must provide all necessary clothing and gear required for the hunt. Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $5,000. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Any difference between the actual value and the stated value will not be awarded. All taxes on the prize and expenses not specified are winner’s sole responsibility. All travel accommodations and events are subject to availability, change, and certain restrictions. Because filming is on location, changes due to weather are possible. Every effort will be made to provide winner with advance notice to initial booking, but changes may be necessary. If any portion of the prize is cancelled or postponed, the remaining portion of the prize will be awarded as complete and final and no compensation will be offered. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor (anticipated to be sometime between September and December 2011) and as otherwise stated in these Official Rules.
Winner’s appearance on the “Quest for the One” show is subject to the requirements and approval of the Sponsor and/or Producer, which may be granted or withheld in their sole discretion. Appearance may not actually appear in the final version of the show. Winner will be required to agree to, complete and execute the Sponsor’s and/or Producer’s waivers/releases and other documents, and failure to complete and execute same (and such other documents as may be required by Sponsor and/or Producers), in a timely manner as determined by Sponsor and/or producer may result in disqualification.
