American Greetings and Taylor Swift’s “Lucky 13” Sweepstakes

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Nashville, Tennessee for Taylor Swift’s Red Concert on September 21, 2013. Grand Prize includes:
 – Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the winner and up to three (3) guests to Nashville, Tennessee from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
 – two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in two (2) double-occupancy rooms, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals);
 – ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and the hotel and concert for the winner and up to three (3) guests;
 – four (4) tickets to Taylor Swift’s Red Concert on September 21, 2013 (seats to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor);
 – four (4) Taylor Swift branded T-Shirts (t-shirt size, style, and all other aspects of the t-shirts to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – four (4) “Red” branded drawstring backpacks (backpack design and all other aspects of the backpacks to be determined solely by the Sponsor); and
 – $400 awarded in the form of a corporate check to the Grand Prize winner only.
 – Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check to the winner only. The single cash payment will be based on a 34% tax rate of the final Grand Prize value, which may vary based on factors described below. The single cash payment is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize, but in no event will the single cash payment exceed $4,397.29.

 Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,933.21. Travel route, air carriers, hotel accommodations, activities, and all elements of the Grand Prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. If the Grand Prize winner resides within 300 miles of the travel destination, alternate arrangements to travel by ground transport or auto may be made by the Sponsor and the Grand Prize winner and the value of prize adjusted accordingly. Grand Prize trip must be completed on the dates specified by the Sponsor/GMR, or the Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety.

Thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes (one (1) Weekly Prize per Entry Period): Each Weekly Prize includes:
 – one (1) Taylor Swift-branded T-Shirt (t-shirt size, style, and all other aspects of the t-shirt to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – two (2) “Red”-branded drawstring backpacks (backpack design and all other aspects of the backpack to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – one (1) branded grey rubber bracelet (bracelet design and all other aspects of the bracelet to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – two (2) branded red rubber bracelets (bracelet design and all other aspects of the bracelet to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – one (1) Taylor Swift poster (poster design and all other aspects of the poster to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – two (2) 2013 branded locker calendars (calendar design and all other aspects of the calendar to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – one (1) branded guitar pick pack (guitar pick pack design and all other aspects of the pack to be determined solely by the Sponsor);
 – one (1) large branded spiral notebook and two (2) small branded spiral notebooks (notebooks designs and all other aspects of the notebooks to be determined solely by the Sponsor).
 ARV of each Weekly Prize: $116.90.

 Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes combined: $14,452.91.
