Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive the following Prize:
(1) The number of American Airlines AAdvantage® miles required for round trip (as defined below) coach class travel for two, subject to the mileage limitations below, for each Winner and one (1) guest for each Winner to attend a performance of the ¡Q’VIVA! THE CHOSEN live tour between April 20, 2012 and May 15, 2012, in a city within the contiguous forty eight (48) U.S.A., on a date and at a location to be determined. “Round trip” travel means travel from the American Airlines departure city closest to Winner’s (and not the Guest’s) place of residence, to the U.S. destination city, and from the same destination city back to the originating city with no deviations. Winners and Guests are fully responsible for the full cost of transportation between the closest airport servicing American Airlines, its “Airline Associates” (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the AmericanConnection® carrier) oneworld® carriers or select AAdvantage® participating airlines and their respective places of residence.
The American Airlines AAdvantage® miles awarded to Winners are subject to the following additional terms:
(i) Winners residing in the U.S.A are eligible to receive a maximum of 180,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles per Winner, or the maximum number of miles needed to fly between any city in the U.S.A. serviced by American or its Airline Associates, oneworld® carriers or select AAdvantage® participating airlines to the airport closest to the city hosting the iQ’VIVA! THE CHOSEN tour show.
(ii) Winners residing in Participating LATAM Countries are eligible to receive a maximum of 240,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles per Winner, or the maximum number of miles needed to fly between any city in a Participating LATAM Country serviced by American Airlines or its Airline Associates and the United States of America, to the airport closest to the city hosting the iQ’VIVA! THE CHOSEN tour show.
(iii) Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges and all insurance costs, federal, state, local and foreign taxes, if any, gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other expenses associated with the Winner’s and his or her Guest’s acceptance or use of the Prize not expressly mentioned in these Official Rules. Some of these taxes, fees and other amounts may be due upon booking/ticketing the AAdvantage® award travel. Winners will be awarded only the number of miles needed for Winner and Guest to travel to and from the live Q’VIVA tour show.
(iv) The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the American Airlines AAdvantage® miles per Grand Prize Winner is US $3,582 (if the Grand Prize Winner is a United States resident) and US$4,776 (if the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a Participating LATAM Country).
(2) Two (2) tickets to the Show per Grand Prize Winner, valued at US $100 each. In addition to attending the ¡Q’VIVA! live tour performance, Winners and Guests will also have the opportunity to meet and greet with Q’VIVA performers (subject to availability).
(3) Each Winner and his/her Guest receive a one-room, 3 night hotel stay at a 4-star hotel, valued at US $1,050 per Grand Prize Winner (value includes all 3 night’s stay) and one US $1,000 gift card per Grand Prize Winner.
The total maximum ARV per Grand Prize Winner, including airfare, lodging, show tickets and gift card: US $5,832 (if the Grand Prize Winner is a United States resident) and US $7,026 (if the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a Participating LATAM Country). The maximum possible ARV for both Grand Prize Winners (if both are United States residents) is US $11,664
