One Grand Prize winner will win a trip for the winner and his/her guest to Chicago, IL on or about September 27, 2014, to attend a Black Keys concert. Grand Prize consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Chicago area;
• 1 night standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Chicago area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or Warner Bros. in their sole discretion;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel;
• Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Concert at the United Center in Chicago, IL on September 27, 2014; and
• A backstage meet and greet for the winner and his/her guest to meet the Black Keys.

Grand Prize [total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,150.00]. If the Grand Prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Hotel, air transportation will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize during the dates specified by Sponsor, Warner Bros., or their respective prize provider agency, Sponsor may select an alternative potential winner for the Grand Prize.

One First Prize winner will win a Gibson Epiphone Les Paul Special II Guitar autographed by Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney of the Black Keys, and a guitar case. First Prize (ARV $300.00).

Total ARV of all prizes is $2,450.00.
