Prize: The Total Prize to be awarded is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). If there is one (1)
winner, he/she will receive the entire $5,000. If there is a tie and two (2) winners, each winner
will receive Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500). If there is a tie and three (3) winners,
each winner will receive One Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Seven Dollars ($1,667). If there is a
tie and four winners, each winner will receive One Thousand and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($1,250). If there is a tie and five (5) winners, each winner will receive One Thousand Dollars
($1,000). A similar calculation will be made if there are six (6) or more winners, with each winner
receiving an equal share of the $5,000 total prize. Winner(s) will be responsible for payment of
any taxes due on prize and will be required to complete and return a W9 tax form.

The grand prize is $5,000.
