The Ellen Show “Can You Find Dory” contest

•Starting Monday, June 13, 2016, and through and until June 16, 2016, visit ellentube.com and/or ellentv.com. During the Contest Period, images of “Dory” (the blue tang fish featured in the animated film Finding Dory) are hidden in fifty (50) different places around ellentube.com and ellentv.com.
•To enter the Contest, Contestant must first find and click on one of the hidden Dory images on ellentube.com or ellentv.com.
•Contestant must then submit the following:
•Personal Information: Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home address, phone number and age (“Personal Information”).
•Contestant will also be required to check boxes acknowledging that Contestant has read and accepts the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy this Contest’s Official Rules.
•A written statement of no more than approximately fifteen hundred (1500) characters describing why Contestant deserves to win a trip for two to Ellen’s 12 Days of Giveaway (the “Statement”) and a photograph of Contestant for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins a Prize (the “Photo”). Submission of the Photo will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Prize.

•Two (2) tickets to the Ellen DeGeneres Show during the 12 Days of Giveaways taping
•Round trip airfare for two (2) people to and from Los Angeles
•Ground transportation to and from the Los Angeles airport
•One (1) hotel from for two (2) nights in Los Angeles
