Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Miraval Spa in Tucson, Arizona from October 17, 2014 to October 20, 2014, which trip will consist of the following: 

(i) Up to $450 per person airline credit for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major airport (within the 48 contiguous U.S.) nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Tucson Arizona (airports determined by Main Sponsor in its sole discretion); additional airport/airline expenses are not included; 

(ii) four (4) days, three (3) night’s accommodations at Miraval Spa (1 room, double occupancy; including:
• $150 nightly resort credit per person to spend on select services of your choosing
• All healthful and flavorful meals, snacks, smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Unlimited participation in regularly scheduled daily self-discovery activities
• Full access to Miraval’s extensive resort amenities including fitness center and the new Life in Balance Spa, with saunas, hot tubs and more than 100 treatments
• Complimentary shared shuttle transfers from Tucson International Airport or complimentary valet parking for those driving in

Package includes taxes and resort amenity fees.

(iii) one (1) $500 gift card to Yummielife.com; (iv) Scheduled meet and greet with Heather Thomson at Miraval Spa; and (v) Welcome gift of Yummie Active wardrobe.

Trip must be take place on October 17-20, 2014. If Grand Prize Winner cannot attend on October 17-20, 2014, Grand Prize Winner forfeits the meeting Heather Thomson. The trip must otherwise be completed by October 31, 2015, or winner forfeits Grand Prize in its entirety. If in the judgment of Main Sponsor air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s proximity to destination, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Main Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

(ii) Yummie Gift card of $300 value; and 
(iii) Physique 57 Online Workouts Package: DVD, Barre, and a one month online subscription. 
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the 1st Runner-up Prize is: $800.00

2nd Prize:

(iii) Physique 57 Online Workouts. 
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the 2nd Runner-up Prize is: $400.00
