PRIZES AVAILABLE: There are eleven (11) prizes.
 One (1) grand prize package (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won. The Grand Prize includes round-trip airfare to New York City from an airport deemed by Xerox to be nearest winner’s United States residence, three (3) days and two (2) nights double-occupancy accommodations, transportation to/from the match (as defined below), two hundred dollars ($200) spending money and two (2) courtside tickets to the US Open Tennis Men’s semi-finals. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is eight thousand two hundred dollars ($8,190). Grand Prize trip must be booked by June 30, 2012 and taken on the dates as specified by Xerox. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize is not transferable and no prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted. Xerox reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. All travel will be booked by an agent of Xerox.
