Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prizes: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to participate in a group bus tour of Los Angeles, CA concluding with a group meet & greet with Kobe Bryant. Trip package includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s primary residence to destination to be determined by Sponsor; two (2)-night standard
double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room); ground transfers to/from the destination airport/bus tour/meet-and-greet; a group meet-and-greet with Kobe Bryant; and a group bus tour of Los Angeles, CA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500. Actual value of prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure, destination and final itinerary. All travel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. DATE IS SUBJECT TO
KOBE BRYANT AVAILABILITY. Sponsor will give the Grand Prize winners a regular update regarding possible travel dates, and will make reasonable efforts to notify each winner as soon as possible once travel plans are finalized. In no case will Sponsor notify Grand Prize winners less than two (2) weeks prior to the date of travel. Travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to
such winner. Gratuities and incidental charges not included in hotel accommodations. Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Guest of each Grand Prize winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or else
must be the child or legal ward of the winner. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of destination, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. If any winner cannot be contacted, cannot travel on
the dates specified by Sponsor, or if the winner refuses to comply with any conditions in these Official Rules, winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such entrant. If Kobe Bryant cannot attend a meet-and-greet, but the trip portion of the prize is still available, winner will receive $250 in lieu of the meet-and-greet portion of the prize in addition to the travel & bus tour
portion of the prize and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The exact duration, destination & activities of bus tour shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The meet-and-greet & bus tour may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor (collectively, “Meet-and-Greet Footage”). Meet-and-Greet Footage will be owned by Sponsor, who has the right, along with its designees, to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Meet-and-Greet Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes,
without additional compensation, notification or permission.

(4) First Prizes: A year’s supply of vitaminwater awarded in the form of twelve (12) cases. ARV: $275.
