To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must tweet the name of any artist/band they would like to hear on a new Mini 3D Sound Bar and include the hashtag #ToshibaSound within their tweet.

 Example: @ToshibaUSA I want to hear the Dave Matthews Band on a new Mini 3D Sound Bar #ToshibaSound

 Entrants must follow the @ToshibaUSA handle to be eligible. All Entries must be received within the corresponding Entry Period deadline as stated herein.

 Entry Period #1: Entries must be received between 5:00:01 PM PST on 4/12/13 and 8:59:59 PM PST on 4/14/13.Twitter’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.During Entry Period #1, entrants must tweet the name of an artistband or music genre using the hashtag #ToshibaSound to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Tweet or Retweet cannot be modified by the Entrant. Entrant must be following @ToshibaUSA and therefore able to receive direct messages in order to be contacted as a potential winner.

 EntryPeriod #2: Entries must be received between 12:00:01 PM PST on 4/19/13 and 8:59:59 PM PST on 4/21/13.Twitter’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.During Entry Period #2, entrants must tweet the name of an artist, band music genre using the hashtag #ToshibaSound to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.Entrant must be following @ToshibaUSA and therefore able to receive direct messages in order to be contacted as a potential winner.
PRIZE: Prize consists of one (1) Toshiba Mini 3D Sound Bar (“Prize”). One Prize eligible to be awarded or each Entry Period. The approximate retail value of each Prize:$159.
