Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3 night trip for winner and three guests to the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Chateaux at Silver Lake (two rooms, double occupancy); spa package for four (3 hours of SPA services per person); round trip airfare on Southwest Airlines from airport closest to winner’s residence and the Salt Lake City International Airport for four; sixteen tickets to movies shown at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival; four 2-day ski passes to Deer Valley Resort; a $400 Timberland gift card redeemable at Timberland Specialty Stores and online at timberland.com; four pairs of Timberland Women’s boots; breakfast, lunch and dinner for four at the hotel (excludes alcohol and gratuity); and one camera. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to 2012 Sundance Film Festival are within the sole discretion of Timberland. (ARV: $12,000). Travel dates for the trip are between January 19, 2012 and January 22, 2012.

 All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to, airline fees, baggage fees and taxes, ground transportation, additional meals, incidental charges, gratuities and spending money. Timberland reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on same itinerary and on dates specified by Timberland. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified by Timberland, Grand Prize winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize and Timberland may select an alternate Grand Prize winner. If any or all of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival is cancelled or postponed for any reason, no substitution for the 2012 Sundance Film Festival events will be provided and Grand Prize winner will receive the other portion(s) of the prize as full satisfaction of the prize, without additional compensation. Timberland is not responsible for any weather or airline issues that prevent Grand Prize winner and guest from traveling on specified dates, in which event, any missed portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. Guest must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia. Grand Prize winner and guest must sign a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) prior to travel. Grand Prize winner and guest must possess and show valid travel documents (including without limitation, a passport and visa, if applicable) by the deadline specified by Timberland or Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Grand Prize winner must affirm that s/he and guest are able to arrive at the designated departure airport on time to depart for trip or Grand Prize winner may forfeit the prize. Once travel arrangements have been made, no changes will be permitted. ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
