(1) prize winner will be awarded the opportunity to host one (1) red carpet private screening of “PARANORMAL ACTIVITY” (the “Picture”) at the winner’s place of residence (the “Screening”) for the winner and up to twenty (20) guests (“Guests”); provided, however, that such total number of permissible Guests may be reduced by Sponsor and/or the property owner of winner’s residence due of size limitations and other considerations, as determined by Sponsor and such property owner in their sole discretion. In connection with the Screening, Sponsor will provide the winner with a home-theater upgrade package valued up to $4000, consisting of home-theater electronics selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Home Theater Upgrade”). The Screening may include a visit from filmmakers and/or talent from the Picture, subject to such filmmaker and/or talent availability, and press selected by Sponsor to cover the event. The Screening must be scheduled through Sponsor, and shall occur on December 28, 2009. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the specific date, time and location of the Screening may change and shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In no event shall the Screening be scheduled later than January 31, 2009. Any Guests attending the Screening must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (to the satisfaction of Sponsor), with such guardian counting to the number of Guests.
