The DISH TV All-Star Bracket Challenge

HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, eligible individuals can enter the Challenge by visiting the Website and following the directions on-screen to complete a bracket (“Bracket”) and submit a registration form for the Challenge. Complete a Bracket by selecting your picks for the most popular television show based upon a survey of DISH subscribers (“Picks”) for each matchup presented in the Bracket through six rounds of Picks (each a “Round”): Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Quarterfinal, Semifinal and Final. Upon completion of the registration form and a Bracket during the Entry Period, eligible individuals will receive an entry into the Challenge (“Entry”). Each entrant should review all personal information entered to confirm its accuracy and make all corrections necessary to inaccurate data before submitting his/her Entry.

on or about the dates set forth below:

The three (3) entrants that submit the Brackets earning the highest total points following the reveal of the Final Round winner will be deemed potential winners, subject to verification. Potential winners will be contacted at the email address provided in their registration form on or about April 12, 2019.
PRIZES, ODDS AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
Sponsor will award three (3) prizes in this Challenge to the entrants who submitted Brackets earning the highest total points, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules:
1st Place Bracket: $10,000 USD
2nd Place Bracket: $5,000 USD
3rd Place Bracket: $2,500 USD
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $17,500 USD. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Prizes will be mailed to winners four to six weeks following winner verification.
