Prizes: ONE (1) SHAKIRA CONCERT PRIZE : A trip for winner and a guest to attend an upcoming T-Mobile event featuring a live Shakira performance on a date determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to the selected destination city (both departure and arrival airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the selected concert and two (2) back-stage passes; Shakira autographed concert merchandise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; $400 spending money fulfilled as a check; and travel agent services. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,650.
ONE (1) MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL® ALL-STAR GAME® PRIZE : A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Minneapolis, MN to see the 2014 MLB® All-Star Game and attend the Home Run Derby® July 13-July 16, 2014. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Minneapolis, MN; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets (for winner and one (1) guest) to the 2014 MLB All-Star Game and to the Home Run Derby; $400 allowance for full-size rental car from rental company determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion for length of stay; $250 spending money fulfilled as a check; and travel agent services. ARV: $9,100. The Major League Baseball All-Star Game Prize does not include tickets to any event or exhibition during the 2014 MLB All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth herein.
ONE (1) DUCATI PRIZE : A 2012 Ducati 848 EVO (previously used by Sponsor for promotional purposes with all T-Mobile logos removed). Winner is responsible for all state title and registration requirements, taxes, and any other fees required for prize use. ARV: $7,000. Winner will also be responsible for complying with any insurance requirements.
ONE (1) DONATION PRIZE : A $25,000 donation will be made by the Sponsor to the Wounded Warrior Foundation in honor of the winner.
Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $22,750. Total Donation: $25,000=$47,750.
