How to Enter for a Tier 1 Prize (Los Angeles City, CA Residents only): Los Angeles City, CA residents may enter for a chance to win a Tier 1 Prize by (i) following @sweetearthfoods (www.instagram.com/sweetearthfoods) and @ChefEddieJackson Instagram accounts and (ii) post one (1) photo of post a celebratory selfie or a photo of your favorite tailgate snack with #VeganuarySwapSweeps & #SWEEPSTAKES during the Sweepstakes Period and that also complies with the “Entry Requirements” in Section 4 to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the Tier 1 random drawing, as described below. Limit one (1) Tier 1 Prize Entry per Entrant throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
How to Enter for a Tier 2 Prize: At the start of Sweepstakes Period, @sweetearthfoods will post a post related to the Sweepstakes (the “Instagram Sweepstakes Post”) on the official Sweet Earth, Inc. Instagram account (www.instagram.com/sweetearthfoods) (“Post”). To enter, eligible Entrants must (i) follow @sweetearthfoods and @ChefEddieJackson on Instagram; (ii) tag a friend with #SWEEPSTAKES in the comment section of the post for each unique friend tagged to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the Tier 2 random drawing, as described below. Limit five (5) Tier 2 Entries per Entrant throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
