Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Fort Lauderdale, FL (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor has the right to substitute ground transportation (i.e. rail) for air transportation at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may also choose an alternate airport if the Destination airport is unavailable for any reason; (b) three (3) nights’ accommodations onboard the Smooth Jazz Cruise from January 13, 2013 to January 20, 2013 (all meals, shows and other events and amenities that are included in the typical cruise package are part of the prize) (collectively, the “Cruise”); and (c) all port charges, government taxes and gratuities.
