Prizes: There will be five (5) prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded, one (1) Prize to each Winner. Each Prize consists of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (the “Trip”). The Trip will include: 1) two (2) tickets to a screening of Dateline NBC (the “Screening”) on March 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM ET in New York, NY at an exact location to be decided by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 2) round-trip, commercial coach-class air, for each Winner and Guest from an airport near the Winner’s residence to an airport in or near New York, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); and 3) standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in or near New York, NY (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one thousand, six hundred eighty-five dollars ($1,685.00). ERV of all Prizes is eight thousand, four hundred and twenty-five dollars ($8,425.00)
