The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $12,500. Guest of each winner must be 21 or older as of the date of departure, and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as such winner. Each winner and his/her guest may be required to execute liability/publicity releases. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Neither Sponsor nor prize provider is responsible if any scheduled show or event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets are subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting ticket prize, each winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket and winner will not be reimbursed if he/she does not use ticket on date of event. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize (or prize element) granted except at Sponsor’s sole option. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or prize element), for any reason, with a prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater retail value. No prize transfers permitted. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The ARV of a prize may vary based on airfare and hotel price fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. A winner will not receive difference between actual and ARV.
