To enter 1) visit www.facebook.com/VirginMobileLive and click on the “Paws Up Contest” tab. You must first log in to Facebook and like the Virgin Mobile Live page. Creating a Facebook account is free. 2) provide your first and last name, e-mail address, date of birth; select a venue that is within one hundred (100) miles of your permanent residence; and upload your “Paws Up” photo (a photo of you in a pose with your hands facing upward and in a claw shape) (the “Entry”).

 Limit one (1) Entry per person and per Facebook account per Local Market Period.

 Judging Criteria: On or about the following dates, all eligible Entries received for each Local Market Period will be judged by a qualified panel of judges, including employees of the Sponsor. Two (2) Entries per Local Market Period will be selected as the winners based upon the following criteria: (i) Embodies the “Paws Up” theme (70%) and (ii) Creativity (30%) (collectively “Judging Criteria”).

 The two (2) Entries from each Local Market Period that receive the highest scores will be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winners.

Virgin Mobile Paws Up Facebook Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older whose permanent residence is within one hundred (100) miles of the applicable concert venue, as detailed in Section 4.

 The Contest begins on January 23, 2013 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on February 20, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). The Contest will be divided into six (6) local market entry periods (each, a “Local Market Period”), as follows:
