GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize of either (a) a six (6) month Hertz EV Rental or (b) $10,000 cash to
be awarded in the form of a check (the “Grand Prize”), to be chosen by the Grand Prize Winner. Total
approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,000.
