PRIZE: There will be thirty-six (36) “Daily Prizes” and one (1) “Grand Prize” awarded
(collectively “Prizes”) to a total of thirty-seven (37) potential Winners. The daily prizes will
consist of GolfNow promotional material such as, for example, golf towels, hats, divot tools, ball
markers, and golf balls. The Grand Prize will consist of the following: 1) reimbursement for two
round-trip tickets from a major airport to Phoenix between February 8 and February 11, 2024; 2)
Two (2) to three (3) nights stay at the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale Arizona (the “Hotel”) between
February 8, 2024 and February 11, 2024; and 3) two weekend passes to the WM Phoenix Open
(the “Event”). Winner (and 1 guest) is to book their own coach or economy flights and will be reimbursed up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for two roundtrip tickets.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each daily prize is fifty-dollars ($50.00). including shipping
and handling. The ERV of the Grand Prize is five thousand five hundred fifteen dollars ($5,515.00).
Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary and may depend on the cost of the Grand Prize
Winner’s flights (maximum of $2,500.00 for flights). The total ERV of all prizes is seven thousand
three hundred fifteen dollars ($7,315.00).
