PRIZE: There will be ten (10) weekly prizes awarded (each a “Weekly Prize”) to ten (10) winners (each a “Weekly Winner”) and one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) (collectively referred to as “Prizes”) (collectively referred to as “Winners”).

Weekly Prize: There will be ten (10) Weekly Prizes awarded, one (1) to each Weekly Winner. Weekly Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Bose QuietComfort 20i Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. 

Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of the following: one (1) replica Rory McIlroy staff golf bag featuring Bose logos; one (1) Nike VR_S Covert 2.0 Tour Driver golf club signed by Rory McIlroy; two (2) Bose QuietComfort 20i Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones; one (1) Bose Wave SoundTouch; and one (1) Bose QuietComfort 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones designed by Rory McIlory. Grand Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Weekly Prize is two-hundred and ninety five dollars and ninety-five cents ($299.95). ERV of Grand Prize is two thousand, two hundred and forty nine dollars and seventy nine cents ($2,249.79). Total ERV of all Prizes is five thousand, two hundred and forty nine dollars and twenty nine cents dollars ($5,249.29). All prize values are stated in United States dollars.

Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any Prize with an ARV over five hundred and ninety nine dollars ($599), Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won (not applicable vis-�_-vis any Canadian winner).
