Nineteen (19) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, consisting of one (1) Under Armour Prize, one (1) Guide Series Prize, one (1) Carhartt Prize, one (1) Merrell Prize, and fifteen (15) Warrior Dash Pass Prizes, each as described in more detail below.

 UNDER ARMOUR PRIZE. The “Under Armour Prize” is a flats fishing trip for two (2) to Key West, Florida, which consists of and is limited only to the following:
 (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in the Key West, Florida area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion),
 (ii) three (3) nights lodging for two (2) people at a hotel or resort located in the Key West, Florida area (one (1) double occupancy standard room; hotel or resort, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; resort intended to be utilized for prize is Casa Marina (a Waldorf Astoria Resort) which is subject to availability based on winner travel schedule,
 (iii) up to $50 per day for rental car (rental car, including reservation, is sole responsibility of winner), and
 (iv) up to two (2) days of guided flats fishing (as organized and scheduled by winner with Under Armour ProStaffer/contact guide (contemplated to be Steve Rodger); which dates are subject to guide’s availability); includes one (1) guide; use of appropriate fishing equipment and other fishing supplies (as determined and provided by guide and/or Under Armour).
 All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed between December 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014. ARV of the prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

 GUIDE SERIES PRIZE. The “Guide Series Prize” is an outdoor experience trip for two (2) to The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch, which consists of and is limited only to the following:
 (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in the Hayden, Colorado area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion),
 (ii) three (3) nights lodging for two (2) people at the Ranch (one (1) double occupancy standard room; lodge, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability; also includes dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and reasonable amounts of house selected beverages),
 (iii) ground transportation for two (2) people between the Destination Airport and the Ranch (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
 (iv) transportation on Resort grounds and during outdoor activities (method of transportation as determined by Resort in its sole discretion); and
 (v) up to two (2) days of guided selected outdoor Ranch activities (subject to availability, but which, for prize purposes, may be selected from among fishing, sporting clays, mountain biking and nature hikes, each activity occurring with one (1) guide; other activities as agreed upon by winner and Resort and may be subject to additional charges and requirements which are the sole responsibility of winner; potentially available activities are also subject to available days/times, group availability and guide availability); activities include equipment and supplies as determined and provided by Ranch, and fishing activities also include fishing licenses.
 All prize activities (including, without limitation, travel and lodging) must be taken and completed between May 1, 2013 and October 24, 2013. ARV of the prize is nine thousand four hundred dollars ($9,400).

 CARHARTT PRIZE. The “Carhartt Prize” is a trip for two (2) to the 2013 CMA Music Festival scheduled to be held in Nashville, Tennessee on June 6-9, 2013, which prize consists of and is limited only to the following:
 (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in the Nashville, Tennessee area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion),
 (ii) five (5) nights lodging for two (2) people in the Nashville, Tennessee area (one (1) double occupancy standard room (room/tax only); hotel, room and dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion),
 (iii) ground transportation for two (2) people between the Destination Airport and the hotel (method of transportation as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and
 (iv) two (2) passes to the Event (tickets subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions thereof).
 ARV of the prize is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).

 MERRELL PRIZE. The “Merrell Prize” is an adventure trip for two (2) to Alaska, which consists of and is limited only to the following:
 (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a destination airport in the Anchorage, Alaska area (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and
 (ii) an eight (8) day “Denali Adventure Trip” organized and conducted by Intrepid Travel, which consists of and is limited only to the following (all trip components as determined and provided by Excursion provider and which are components of the basic “Denali Adventure Trip” offered by Excursion Provider):
 (A) one (1) day hostel accommodations in Anchorage, Alaska,
 (B) bus transportation to Denali National Park from Anchorage Alaska,
 (C) two (2) nights camping (with camping facilities) in the Denali National Park area,
 (D) bus transportation to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park from Denali National Park,
 (E) two (2) nights camping (with camping facilities) in the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park area,
 (F) bus transportation to Valdez, Alaska from Wrangell-St. Elias National Park,
 (G) two (2) nights camping (with camping facilities) in the Valdez, Alaska area, and
 (H) bus transportation to Anchorage, Alaska from Valdez, Alaska.
 All prize activities must be taken and completed before August 24, 2013. ARV of the prize is four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800).

 WARRIOR DASH PASS PRIZES. . A “Warrior Dash Pass Prize” consists of and is limited only to four (4) complimentary registration passes for use by the winner and up to three (3) of winner’s guests to one (1) available 2013 Warrior Dash event occurring in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States during June 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. Winner and guests must attend the same single event selected by winner, which events are subject to availability. ARV of a Warrior Dash Pass Prize is three hundred sixty dollars ($360 – ninety dollars ($90) per pass), and the ARV of all Warrior Dash Pass Prizes is five thousand four hundred dollars ($5,400).

 The aggregate approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is thirty-four thousand one hundred dollars ($34,100). LIMIT: One (1) prize per person or household in this Sweepstakes.
