This promotion is open only to legal residents of the FOX 4 viewing area as designated market area of WFTX-TV as deemed by Nielsen. FOX 4 covers the Fort Meyers and Naples, Florida area. All winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate. To claim your prize you must present valid government-issued identification to the business offices of WFTX-TV in Cape Coral.
Prize:
One (1) 5-Night Disney Wonder Disney Cruise Line Vacation sailing from the Port of Miami for four (4) persons to be awarded to a winner of the Promotion during the period beginning January 31, 2013 and ending February 28, 2013 and taken aboard the Disney Wonder.
The 5-Night Disney Wonder Cruise shall consist of the following:
A five (5) night Western Caribbean Cruise on the Disney Wonder leaving from the Port of Miami for four (4) person and includes:
One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Wonder. Maximum occupancy four (4) people
$100.00 onboard credit to cover the cost of port parking
All meals onboard the Cruise Ship with the exception of access to the Palo restaurant
Government Taxes and Fees, which consist of all taxes and fees imposed by U.S. and foreign governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, including without limitation U.S. Customs and Immigration fees, Vessel passengers international departure tax, airport passenger facility charge, flight segment fees, international arrival and departure taxes, and sales, use, excise and VAT taxes.
Please note:
Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the winner include: shore excursions; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and other taxes not specified in this Agreement; transportation between winner’s home and Port Canaveral; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.
