First Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Marfa, Texas. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class airfare for two from a major airport near winner’s home in the US (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to El Paso, Texas; 4 days economy class car rental (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) from national rental car company of Sponsor’s choice (winner must possess a current valid driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded); 3-nights accommodations at Cibolo Creek Ranch in Marfa, Texas or another in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice near Marfa, Texas (single room, double occupancy); four days of meal offered at Cibolo Creek Ranch (3 meals per day, per person); credit of $300 at the spa at Cibolo Creek Ranch. The winner of the First Place prize package must complete their trip on or before December 31, 2010 or the travel portion of the prize package will be forfeited. The trip must be booked at least 21 days prior to departure. The trips are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed. Any penalties associated with changes made to any reservation following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of the winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package descriptions above, including but not limited to meals, room service charges, gratuities, incidentals, telephone, internet, parking fees, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, incidental costs associated with car rental (insurance, gas, additional tax), insurance, entertainment, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, local transportation including ground transportation from the winner’s home to the airport, tips, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to consumption of alcoholic beverages. Unless the child of the winner, the travel companion of the winner must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. All travel companions must travel on the same itinerary, to and from the same location, and at the same time as the winner. The travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of the Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the winner’s proximity to the prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any component of the prize packages becomes unavailable for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion
