Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City for Spring Fashion Week, including two economy class, roundtrip air transportation tickets for the Winner and a guest to travel from a major airport near the Winner’s residence to New York, NY, 2-night’s standard room, double occupancy, two tickets to sit front row at one of ELLE’s signature fashion shows, and one pair of Sperry Top-Sider footwear, in the style and size of the winner’s choice (subject to availability) and one pair of Sperry Top-Sider footwear for the guest of the winner. Estimated ARV: $3,000. Hotel accommodations and choice of airline to be selected by Sponsor. Black-out dates and other restrictions may apply. Prize must be used no later than February 28, 2012 or prize will be forfeited. If the trip is not booked for the February 2012 period, the Spring Fashion Show portion of the prize will be forfeited. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner will be solely responsible for meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, ground transportation, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise specified herein. Standard hotel accommodations will be at Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Travel companion of winner must also execute a Publicity/Liability Release prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. In the event the fashion show is postponed or cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to award the balance of the prize only.
