PRIZE.
(a) There is one (1) Prize (the “Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winner (the “Winner”),
consisting of one (1) 8-day Chilcotin getaway package for the Winner and one (1) guest
(the “Guest”). Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the
legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of signing the Release
(as defined below). The Prize includes:
(i) Eight (8) days Bear Camp Multi-Sport Package and Lava Canyon Add-On for the
Winner and his/her Guest at Bear Camp on Chilko Lake, British Columbia,
Canada. Multi-Sport Package includes six (6) nights safari-tent accommodations
at Bear Camp; meals, beverages and all activities (all after check-in and before
check-out), not including optional heli-hikes and massages or other non-included
activities which are available at the Winner and Guest’s discretion and cost. Lava
Canyon Add-On includes professional river guides and equipment; meals,
beverages and camp commissary (all after check-in and before check-out only);
two (2) nights camping at the Bears Den deluxe pre-set camp; and river rafting
and/or kayaking (as determined by the Sponsor or designated operator in their
discretion) from Bear Camp through Lava Canyon. Vehicle transfer from/to the
Williams Lake Regional Airport to/from Bear Camp is included.
(ii) Return economy class airfare for the Winner and Guest via Pacific Coastal
Airlines Ltd. From Vancouver (YVR) South Terminal to Williams Lake (YWL). This
aspect of the Prize will be provided to the Winner in the form of travel vouchers
which are only valid for use in association with the Prize. Any additional fees such
as return transportation to YVR, cancellation or re-booking, luggage or seat
reservation fees are not included and re the responsibility of the Winner and
Guest.

(b) The Prize has an approximate retail value of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars in
Canadian Dollars (CAD $13,200.00)/Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Two U.S.
Dollars (USD $10,942) based on an exchange rate of $1CAD/$0.83 USD as of May 25,
2021
