First Prizes: One (1) First Prize of a $100 Sponsor gift card will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. A total of twelve (12) First Prizes will be awarded. The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of each First Prize is $100.00. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $1,200.
Second Prizes: Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes of an AutoZone and Duralast branded cap will be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. A total of one-hundred fifty (150) Second Prizes will be awarded. The ARV of each Second Prize is $20.00. The total ARV of all Second Prizes to be awarded is $3,000.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize of a “Chicago Race Weekend Exclusive Customer Experience” will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Chicago, IL to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race. Trip includes;
(a) two (2) roundtrip coach-class airline tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Travel Companion from a major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s address located within the forty eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico to Chicago, IL. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s proximity to destination city, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion;
(b) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, based upon double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in their sole choosing;
(c) a “Contenders Live” meet and greet with a top-12 driver who shall by the Sponsor in their sole discretion;
(d) a Chicago area River Tour and private party;
(e) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR Nationwide Series™ Race event held on September 14, 2013; and
(f) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Race event, held on September 15, 2013.
ARV of the Grand Prize is $5,000. Grand Prize Winner/Travel Companion must travel between the dates of September 12, 2013 and September 15, 2013 and must confirm travel dates with Independent Administrator at the time for which the Grand Prize is notified or Grand Prize will be forfeited.
Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $9,200.
