PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize for a trip for two (2) to join Darley Newman at a riding destination in Virginia to be determined by Sponsor, potential appearance in an episode of Equitrekking and a $1,000 Ariat outfit. Trip dates are currently scheduled for some time in June or July of 2015.
The trip will consist of the following:
 Airfare: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) individuals (the winner and a guest) from closest major airport to the winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Middleburg, Virginia. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary. Airline restrictions apply.
 Hotel Accommodations: A 2-day/2-night stay for two (2) individuals (one standard room with double occupancy, room & tax only) at a hotel in Middleburg, Virginia. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required and are subject to blackout dates, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
 Round-trip airport transfers in Middleburg, Virginia.
 Round-trip transportation from hotel to the Equtrekking taping location in Middleburg, Virginia.
 Potential opportunity to participate in the taping of an Equitrekking episode, where winner may appear in the final televised version of the episode to be shown some time in September 2015.
 $1,000 Ariat outfit.
Total ARV of Grand Prize: $3,070.00. The approximate travel dates are anticipated between July 8, 2015 and July 17, 2015 based on the current Equitrekking episode taping schedule, but is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
