Aquafina Make A Splash Contest and Sweepstakes

To enter the Contest, the Entrant must submit a video of up to sixty (60) seconds (the
“Video”) or an essay of up to 3,000 characters (the “Essay”) on how the Entrant could
“make a splash.” The Entrant must enter a title for the Video or Essay. The Entrant
must upload the Video. A Video or an Essay are each hereby collectively referred to as
a “Submission.”

CONTEST WINNER SELECTION: During the Judging Phase, an independent panel of
Judges (the “Judges”) will review all Submissions received during Promotion Period.
The Judges will judge each eligible Submission according to the following criteria: (1)
Originality and Creativity – 40%; (2) Adherence to Creative Assignment – 30%; and (3)
Overall Appeal – 30%.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

A. Contest Grand Prize (1): The Contest Grand Prize winner will spend four (4)
days/three (3) nights Los Angeles, California, arriving April 11, 2014 and leaving
on April 14, 2014 (the “Trip”). Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare for up to
two (2) people (Contest Grand Prize winner and a guest) between the major
commercial airport closest to Contest Grand Prize winner’s residence (as
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in the Los Angeles
area as selected by the Sponsor; four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel
accommodations at a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single
room, double occupancy); a town car ride between the hotel and the airport; and
Three Hundred Dollars ($300) in the form of a check made payable to the Grand
Prize Winner for Trip expenses. If the Contest Grand Prize winner lives within
two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Los Angele area, the Sponsor will provide the
Grand Prize winner with Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for travel expenses
in lieu of airfare and the Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel expenses.
ARV of the Contest Grand Prize is $3,500

B. Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will
receive a tablet computer. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $699.

C. Sweepstakes Second Prize (5): Five (5) Sweepstakes Second Prize winners
will each receive a digital media player. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Second
Prize is $100. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Second Prizes is $500.

D. Sweepstakes Third Prize (20): Twenty (20) Sweepstakes Third Prize winners
will each receive a Blu-ray with wi-fi. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Third Prize
is $80. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Third Prizes is $1,600.

E. Sweepstakes Fourth Prize (40): Forty (40) Sweepstakes Fourth Prize winners
will each receive a $25 gift card. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Fourth Prize is
$25. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Fourth Prizes is $1,000.

F. Sweepstakes Fifth Prize (750): Seven Hundred Fifty (750) Sweepstakes Fifth
Prize winners will each receive FlavorSplash®
coupons. The ARV of each
Sweepstakes Fifth Prize is $1.49. The Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Fifth Prizes
is $1,117.50.
