AOL “Once In A Lifetime: Fireworks” Sweepstakes
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Prize package includes:
– One (1) Private Fireworks Show for winner and up to 100 guests
– $5,000 to be awarded in the form of a check, which the winner may use to cover taxes
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $25,000
Grand Prize Restrictions: Location and date restrictions of the prize do apply. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Fireworks show will take place on or before September 1, 2014 on a date to be determined by Sponsor. If winner declines the fireworks show, (s)he will not receive a prize and an alternate winner will be selected. If Sponsor is unable to fulfill the prize due to location and/or date/time restrictions for the selected winner, winner will be awarded an alternate cash prize. Winner’s guests may be required to sign releases prior to the fireworks show.
