One (1) Grand Prize (ARV $15,005.00) including:
• a stay for the winner and one guest to The American Club® Resort in Kohler, Wisconsin (ARV $5,005.00), consisting of the following:
(i) four days, three nights lodging at The American Club Carriage House Immersion Suite (one double occupancy room, room rate only);
(ii) Kohler Waters Spa $765.00 credit to be used during trip;
(iii) two 18-hole rounds of golf on Meadow Valleys Course with cart to be used during trip;
(iv) two 18-hole rounds of golf on River Course with cart to be used during trip;
(v) select meals at American Club Resort Restaurants (totaling not more than $575.00) to be used during trip;
(vi) one yoga class for two at Yoga on the Lake (excluding Aerial & SUP classes) to be used during trip;

• up to $500 in Kohler Original Recipe Chocolate products, chosen by the winner.
Trip must be completed by November 15, 2016, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Grand Prize does not include air or ground transportation to or from The American Club in Kohler, WI, gratuities, bar expenses, and charges for items of a personal nature. Grand Prize winner must select his/her choice of $7,500 in Kohler kitchen or bath products within fifteen (15) days following their scheduled personalized design consultation at the Kohler Design Center or completion of trip. Failure to choose desired Kohler products within that time may result in forfeiture of that portion of the prize. Grand Prize winner must select his/her choice of $500 in Kohler Original Recipe Chocolate products within thirty (30) days following notification to winner of winner’s selection. Failure to choose desired Kohler Original Recipe Chocolate products within that time may result in forfeiture of that portion of the prize.
