Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be selected to receive the Grand Prize which consists of $10,000 (awarded in the form of a check); and a trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests to attend the 2014 NFL Honors in New York, NY. Prize consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] round-trip coach class air transportation from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winners home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport in or near New York, NY; [b] hotel accommodations (two standard rooms/double occupancy, room and tax only) for three (3) nights (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [c] four (4) tickets to attend the 2014 NFL Honors Awards Show at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY on February 1, 2014, including four (4) Red Carpet passes; and [d] ground transportation to the hotel from the airport in New York, NY upon arrival, from hotel to the airport in New York, NY upon departure, and to/from the NFL Honors Award Show and hotel.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $17,500. Restrictions: If Winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of New York, NY, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, departing on January 30, 2014 and returning on February 2, 2014 or the Prize will be forfeited with the exception of the $10,000 check portion of the prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Daily Prizes: Thirty (30) Daily Prize winners (one (1) winner per Daily Entry Period) will be selected to receive one (1) 32GB Mini Tablet. ARV of each Daily Prize: $429.
Weekly Prizes: Four (4) Weekly Prize winners (one (1) winner per Weekly Entry Period) will be awarded as follows:

If Winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of trip destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner must be able to travel on a date specified by Sponsor, during the month of September 2014 or October 2014 or the Prize will be forfeited with the exception of the $1,000 spending money portion of the prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Week 2 (November 18, 2013 – November 24, 2013): One (1) winner will be selected to receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2014 ESPYS Awards in Los Angeles, CA. Prize consists of the following elements: [a] round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winners home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; [b] hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for two (2) nights (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [c] two (2) tickets to the 2014 ESPYS in Los Angeles, CA on July 16, 2014 (exact seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [d] two (2) tickets to the VIP ESPYS after party; [e] ground transportation to the hotel from the airport in Los Angeles, CA upon arrival, from hotel to the airport in Los Angeles, CA upon departure, and to/from the ESPYS Awards and hotel; and [f] one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner). Week 3 (November 25, 2013 – December 1, 2013): One (1) winner will be selected to receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Big East Conference Mens Basketball Tournament in New York, NY. Prize consists of the following elements: [a] round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winners home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; [b] hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for four (4) nights (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [c] two (2) tickets to the following 2013-2014 Big East Conference Mens Basketball Tournament games: March 13, 2014 – Quarterfinals (4 games); March 14, 2014 – Semifinals (2 games); March 15, 2014 – Championship game (1 game) (dates subject to change); [d] ground transportation to the hotel from the airport in New York, NY upon arrival, from hotel to the airport in New York, NY upon departure; and [e] one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner). Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6,300. If Winner resides within a two hundred (200)-mile radius of New York, NY, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, departing on March 12, 2014 and returning on March 16, 2014 or the Prize will be forfeited with the exception of the $1,000 spending money portion of the prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded.
Week 4 (December 2, 2013 – December 10, 2013): One (1) winner will be selected to receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Ultimate Fighting Championship 170 (“UFC 170”) on February 22, 2014 (location to be determined by Sponsor). Prize consists of the following elements: [a] round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winners home to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the location of the UFC 170 event (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [b] hotel accommodations (standard room/double occupancy, room and tax only) for two (2) nights (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [c] two (2) tickets to UFC 170; [d] VIP seating during the contender weigh-in; [e] Octagon Tour the day of the contender weigh-in; [f] two (2) UFC t-shirts; [g] ground transportation to the hotel from the airport upon arrival, from the hotel to the airport upon departure; and [h] one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for Winner only (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner). Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $6,050. If Winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of destination where the UFC 170 event is scheduled to be held (location to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion), ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, departing on February 21, 2014 and returning on February 23, 2014 or the Prize will be forfeited with the exception of the $1,000 spending money portion of the prize, and no additional compensation will be awarded.
