HOW TO ENTER A DAILY SWEEPSTAKES: During each Daily Sweepstakes Period an eligible entrant may enter as follows:
A. Twitter: During a Daily Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must logon to his/her Twitter account, become a follower of @IamBaconator and/or @Wendys (if not already a follower of @IamBaconator and/or @Wendys), and compose a new Tweet including the hashtag “#GreatLate” to receive one (1) entry (“Twitter Entry”) into that day’s Daily Sweepstakes. An entrant must have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes and must be a follower of @IamBaconator and/or @Wendys for at least sixty (60) days after the respective Daily Sweepstakes Period for winner notification purposes to be eligible to win/claim a daily prize. Due to the way Twitter operates its service, Sponsor may not receive Twitter Entries from Twitter users with “protected” updates (i.e., an entrant has set his/her account so that only people the entrant has approved can view his/her updates).
B. Instagram: During a Daily Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must logon to his/her Instagram account and post an “Image” with the hashtag “#GreatLate” to receive one (1) entry (“Instagram Entry”) into that day’s Daily Sweepstakes. An entrant must have a public account for winner notification purposes to be eligible to win/claim a daily prize.
C. Tumblr: During a Daily Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must log on to his/her Tumblr account and create a post that includes the hashtag “#GreatLate” to receive one (1) entry (“Tumblr Entry”) into that day’s Daily Sweepstakes. An entrant must have a public account and the functionality of “Ask me anything” or comment functionality activated for winner notification purposes to be eligible to win/claim a daily prize.
Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per social network account per Daily Sweepstakes for a maximum number of three (3) entries per day per Daily Sweepstakes. An entrant must enter each Daily Sweepstakes to be eligible for that day’s Daily Sweepstakes Drawing. Entries into one Daily Sweepstakes will not carry forward into subsequent Daily Sweepstakes. However, Entries into all Daily Sweepstakes will carry forward into all Grand Prize Drawings.
The sweepstakes drawing periods for each Daily Sweepstakes are one (1) calendar day during the 154 days of the Promotion Period. Grand Prize Drawing periods are as follows (but are subject to change based on availability of Grand Prizes):

Daily Prizes (2 per Daily Sweepstakes for a total of 308): Each Daily Prize Winner will receive a $10 Wendy’s® Gift Card and a prize pack which includes branded sunglasses, ear buds and back pack. The ARV of each Daily Prize is $20.50. The total ARV of all Daily Prizes is $6,314.
Grand Prizes (5 total, 1 per Grand Prize Drawing): Each of the five (5) Grand Prize Winners will receive a two (2) day/one (1) night trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) “Guest” – to an iHeartRadio® Great Late Concert located in either Los Angeles, CA, or New York City, NY, as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Trip includes:
– round trip coach class airfare for up to two (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY;
– one (1) night standard hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy);
– ground transfers while in the destination city between the airport and hotel and the hotel and concert; and
– admission for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest into an iHeartRadio Great Late Concert, selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
ARV of each Grand Prize is $5,000. Grand Prize Winners residing within 200 miles of Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY will receive ground transportation from the Grand Prize Winner’s residence for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the hotel in lieu of airfare and no further compensation will be awarded. All Grand Prize-related travel must be taken on the designated dates, according to Sponsor’s directions or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Promotion is $31,314.
