GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner to New York, NY on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Trip consists of round trip, coach class air transportation for winner from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room), a spa day for winner while on trip awarded in the form of a $500 gift certificate, $200 awarded in the form of a check which may be used to purchase meals while on trip, and a Vichy Spa Kit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,800.00. Actual value of may vary based on point of departure. Travel must be completed by November 1, 2013 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner.
